Yesterday morning for the first time, Matthew served the traditional Latin Mass. He has been practicing and training for several months now to be able to do this. Congratulations Matthew for achieving a commendable goal. Your father and I are proud of you.

Congrats!! !
just stopped by to say hi after i saw your comment on my blog. congrats to matthew, too…
Congratulations to Matthew! I saw your comment on SunnyC’s site and noticed your Xanga name, Perelandra. I loved that book and that whole trilogy and have them on my shelves. Soon it’ll be time to read them out loud to my 8-year-old twins if I can get ‘em to sit still. With all the hooplah about Narnia…I have figured, “hey, his trilogy was better!” I think that was his best fiction, more so than Narnia.
Congrats to Matthew! I came in from SunnyC’s site after noticing your name, Perelandra. I love that trilogy! (I had a longer comment on this but it got lost in cyberspace, I suppose maybe because of the snow coming down and my EVDO internet connection — we canceled Hughesnet satellite a couple days ago and are now just EVDO — you probably know about such things if you live on a farm.)
@MAoMW - Don’t worry about him sitting still although I think those are a bit old for an 8 year old. May I suggest Brian Jacques’ books first and wait a few years for those? They are some of my favorites that is why I use that for my name. CS Lewis is one of my favorite authors hands down. Actually I don’t know what EVDO means. Pray, elucidate.
GASP!!! YAY!!! How truly wonderful it is for any man to serve a Mass, but the Latin Mass is hard work! Good for him!!!
Congrats!
That is so awesome! I need to find a traditional mass around here. It’s easier said than done…
