The Reason I Chickened Out
This snow started about noon. The road is the dark line beyond the farther tree, only that is covered in snow too. It has been over twelve hours since the snow started and it has finally started to let up. The plow came through but it really didn’t clear the road. Perhaps they will call for a snow day tomorrow and the schools will be closed.

So beautiful… and you couldn’t pay me enough to drive in it.
@MlleRobillard - me either. good morning.
Just finished my devotions and the housework and saw your good morning. Hope all is well today. I have you all tucked in my sleeve.
hey! not fair! you have more snow then we do. We just have everything covered.
@mksmak - Aren’t you supposed to be in a class? Get to studying!!!
@perelandra30 - I bring my computer with me so I can check my emails before class begins. There are too many people talking and moving to study and I have plenty of time between classes to study. Don’t worry, I will kick myself if I fail this test. Not because I maynot study enough, but because the subject matter and the test lay out make it so easy. 73 questions. 1/2 multiple choice, 1/2 true or false. Can it get any easyier?
Beautiful….That much snow out here and the freeways would be closed for days (because all the crazy drivers would still drive — it would take days to clear and repair). I would stay at home too. Do you have snow days? (We take Santa Ana wind days since we don’t get snow days — not as much fun too play but the gale force winds make it too miserable to want to do much).
@mksmak - It can get easier but not much.
@ugotafriend - We do indeed take snow days. In the past we have gotten up early and gone out before the school bus came for the neighbor kids. In the evening we have gone out and gone up and down the road making snowmen on the neighbors lawns. We have had snowdays when the kids were really young where we just stayed inside and snuggled up under blankets and read books.
@perelandra30 - And they were AWSOME. M’ville rarely has snow days. Only a few class cancelations.
