• Looks Like I Got Up Too Early…..

  

  something woke me up too early this morning.  So before I showered for Mass I decided to make a couple of bread doughs and a large dough for pie crusts.  When I came home from Mass the doughs had risen and it was time to form the loaves and roll out the crusts. 

  Now the bread is put away for Doug to have for his lunches at work for the next few days and there is only one pie left in the house.  Ian took one for coffee break at work, I gave one to a friend who’s son just got out of the hospital and one to the neighbor who is helping me learn how to make my own wine.  It’s good practice, next week I have to make pies for a sale at church.  Better have a few early mornings next week too.
